Anti-Human Trafficking Awareness Campaign
In compliance with FAA regulation and in alignment with Delta Air Lines’ efforts to be a leader in the fight against human trafficking, Delta’s In-Flight Service Learning Team and Atlanta ImageArts created a series of eight videos featuring testimonies from human trafficking survivors.
This multi-part series is used within Flight Attendant training to put real identities to a topic often “sanitized” for public consumption. The series serves to emphasize how no two human trafficking cases are the same, but that a common thread amongst them was that the best thing someone can do is be aware of the signs and have the courage to speak out.
Day in the Life of a Flight Attendant
Allison produced and directed this training video for Delta Air Lines to give new flight attendants a realistic, well-rounded view of a day on the job.
Designed to prepare incoming hires for the rhythm and responsibilities of the role, the piece balances practical insight with an engaging, story-driven approach. Drawing inspiration from travel vlog content popular on social media, Allison incorporated familiar visual techniques and pacing to keep the material relatable, current, and easy to connect with—resulting in a training asset that is both informative and visually engaging.
Seattle KABOOM! Build Recap
Allison produced and directed this recap of a KABOOM! playground build with Delta Air Lines in Tukwila, Washington, capturing a fast-paced, high-energy volunteer event in a loud and unpredictable environment. Working with a Seattle-based crew, she navigated on-the-ground challenges while maintaining a clear creative approach and efficient production flow.
The project required delivering two distinct versions for separate stakeholders within Delta, each with different platforms, audiences, and messaging priorities. Allison planned and executed the shoot with both horizontal and vertical formats in mind, and conducted interviews tailored to multiple narrative needs. She also aligned the visual style and graphics with existing content from another production partner, ensuring brand consistency across deliverables. The result is a dynamic, cohesive piece that captures the impact of the event while meeting a complex set of creative and logistical requirements.
2023 Jet Drag Recap
Allison edited this recap of Delta’s Jet Drag event, shaping a dynamic and engaging story from footage captured by another producer/director. Working with a fast-paced, high-intensity event, she crafted a narrative that highlights both the scale of the spectacle and the camaraderie behind it, showcasing employees coming together to pull a full-sized aircraft for charity.
Through intentional pacing, dynamic visuals, and a focus on participant experience, Allison transformed the raw footage into a cohesive piece that balances excitement with authenticity. The final video celebrates teamwork, reinforces company culture, and translates a large-scale live event into compelling content for a broader audience.
Dr. Ting Q&A Social Video
Allison produced and directed this social-first video introducing Delta’s Chief Health Officer during the COVID-19 pandemic, as part of a broader effort to communicate the airline’s safety initiatives to employees and customers. Created for Delta’s Twitter audience, the piece combines clear, informative messaging with stylized graphics designed to feel native to social platforms and quickly capture attention.
Working within the fast-paced demands of pandemic response, Allison helped translate complex health and safety information into accessible, engaging content. The result is a concise, visually driven video that reinforces trust, communicates transparency, and meets audiences where they are.
Community Engagement Year-in-Review
Allison produced this year-in-review video highlighting Delta’s community initiatives, weaving together b-roll captured over the course of a year with cohesive graphic treatments to tell a unified story. Bringing together a wide range of volunteer efforts and charitable programs, the piece required a thoughtful approach to structure and pacing to connect what might otherwise feel like disjointed moments.
With careful attention to style, music, and visual design, Allison aligned every element with the stakeholder’s established voice while creating an engaging, forward-moving narrative. The result is a polished, cohesive video that celebrates impact at scale while maintaining clarity, energy, and brand consistency.
Atlanta Centennial Olympic Game Documentary Sizzle
Allison edited this piece to generate interest and support for a documentary on the 1996 Atlanta Centennial Olympic Games, highlighting the diverse group of people who helped bring the event to life. Working with limited archival photos provided by the client, along with newly captured interviews intended for the future film, she crafted a compelling narrative that hints at the larger story still to be told.
Through thoughtful pacing, strategic use of imagery, and a focus on the human voices at the center of the project, Allison transformed a constrained set of assets into an engaging and effective promotional piece—designed to spark curiosity, build momentum, and help secure the stories and funding needed for the full documentary.
Red Coat History Video
Allison produced and directed this tribute to Delta’s Red Coat employees, crafting a story entirely from archival footage, existing b-roll, and thoughtfully designed graphic treatments. The piece traces the history of the Red Coat role across decades, highlighting its evolution before celebrating the impact of today’s employees.
Using music inspired by each era, along with visual techniques like parallax to bring still imagery to life, Allison created a sense of movement and progression through time. She also collaborated closely with a voiceover artist to shape a narrative that feels both reflective and celebratory. The result is a cohesive, visually engaging piece that honors legacy while connecting it meaningfully to the present.
Delta Community Retirement and Investment Services
Allison produced and directed this recruiting video for Delta Community Credit Union’s Retirement and Investment Services group, designed to engage prospective hires with an authentic look at the team. The piece features department leaders with varying levels of on-camera experience, and Allison guided performances using a prompter to ensure clarity, confidence, and a natural delivery.
Working within tight timelines and navigating casting and location constraints, she balanced efficiency with a polished creative approach. The result is a professional, approachable video that effectively represents the team and resonated with the client’s goals.
ACPC Event Kickoff
Allison produced and directed this ultra-low budget opening video for a conference, creating a piece that balanced humor with a clear message about the critical role the team plays in keeping airlines and technicians supplied and operational. Leaning into a kitschy, fun tone, she drew inspiration from classic spy and action film archetypes—using familiar visual cues, pacing, and music to build a playful, cinematic feel.
With strategic creative choices and a focus on performance, Allison maximized limited resources to deliver a high-impact result. Comedic beats were woven throughout to introduce the personalities behind the work, setting the tone for their live appearance on stage. The final video energized the audience while reinforcing the importance of the team’s contributions.
Meet the Eguchi Family
Allison produced and directed this piece in Hawaii, capturing the story of a family whose deep connection to travel—and affinity for Delta Air Lines—led them to name their child “Delta.” Through a blend of interviews and b-roll featuring both customers and employees, the video highlights the emotional resonance of the brand in a personal and unexpected way.
Filmed on location with a local crew, the project required close collaboration with interpreters, as the featured family spoke exclusively Japanese. Allison navigated these dynamics to ensure clear communication, authentic storytelling, and a smooth production process. The result is a warm, human-centered piece that bridges language and culture while showcasing the meaningful impact of travel.
Sign Language Name Bar Announcement
Allison produced and directed this announcement video introducing a new pin worn beneath names tag to identify individuals who can communicate in sign language. The piece centers Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals, as well as CODAs, whose perspectives helped shape an authentic portrayal of challenges faced in airport environments that rely heavily on auditory cues.
To ensure accuracy and respect for the language, ASL interpreters were involved throughout both production and post-production, guiding performance and edit decisions so the integrity of the communication was maintained. Creatively, Allison used sound as a storytelling device—opening with an intentionally chaotic, audio-driven sequence that builds from the ambient cues most travelers take for granted, before cutting to complete silence. This shift places the viewer into the experience of navigating the space without sound, reinforcing the importance and impact of accessible communication.
